Everything we do makes your job easier

Six things that matter most to the coordinators who refer us regularly.

Claim-ready invoicing — always

Every invoice includes the correct NDIS support catalogue line item code for Group 0111 home modifications. Ready to submit to the plan manager or portal immediately.

Same team, every single visit

We don't rotate random subcontractors through your participants' homes. The same familiar faces show up every time — critical for participants who need consistency and predictability.

Free site assessment

We visit the property before quoting — no guesswork, no surprises. We identify modification needs you may not have considered and quote accurately the first time.

Full job documentation

Before and after photos on every job, detailed notes in ServiceM8, and automatic completion updates to you and the participant. Everything documented for 7 years.

Dignity-first approach

Our team is police checked and trained to work with people living with disability. Patient, respectful, and never rushed. We explain what we're doing and why at every step.

Fast quote turnaround

Quote within 24 hours of site assessment. No waiting weeks for a number that never arrives. Fast quoting means participants get modifications approved and completed sooner.

Common questions

Questions support coordinators ask us

The things coordinators want to know before adding us to their provider list.

Which participant management types do you work with?
We currently work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. For plan-managed participants, invoices are directed to the nominated Plan Manager. If you are unsure whether your participant's plan is compatible, contact us directly and we'll confirm before proceeding.
Do you need an OT report before starting home modifications?
For micro modifications under approximately $1,500, no OT report is required. For Category A minor modifications under $10,000 that are non-structural, no OT report is required. For Category B works ($10,000–$20,000 or involving bathroom floor modifications) and all complex modifications over $20,000, OT involvement is required. We'll advise you exactly what's needed after the site assessment.
How do you invoice for home modifications?
All home modification invoices use line item code 06_010100111_0111_1_2 under Capital Supports — quote-based, no hourly cap. Invoices are issued within 24 hours of job completion, itemised with labour, materials, and any applicable travel. They are ready to submit to the plan manager or NDIS portal immediately.
What if the participant is anxious about having tradespeople in their home?
We encounter this regularly. Our approach: we always send the same team member, we call ahead to confirm and explain what we'll be doing, we work at the participant's pace, and we never rush. If a participant needs more time or a staged approach, we accommodate that and communicate it clearly to you.
Can you handle modifications that also require licensed plumbing or electrical?
Yes. We coordinate all licensed trades under one job. Plumbing and electrical works are performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors under our direct management — you deal with one contact and receive one invoice. Nothing falls through the gap.
How quickly can you turn around an urgent modification?
For urgent safety modifications — grab rails, anti-slip treatments, threshold ramps — we aim to be on site within 48 hours of referral. For works requiring quotes and plan approval, the site assessment and quote are completed within 24–48 hours of referral so you can move quickly on the approval process.
