Our story
Presence Property Maintenance was founded by Craig Baker, a licensed tradesman with 15 years of hands-on trade experience across residential, commercial and accessibility works. After years of seeing coordinators, case managers and property managers lose hours chasing updates from tradespeople, Craig set out to build a maintenance company run on systems rather than guesswork.
That means every job — from a leaking tap to a full NDIS bathroom modification — moves through the same process: logged the moment it's received, automatically updated at every stage, documented with before-and-after photos, and invoiced correctly the first time. The person who requested the work never has to follow up to find out what's happening.
We work exclusively with the professionals responsible for other people's homes and properties: NDIS support coordinators, aged care case managers, property managers and commercial facility managers. That focus shapes everything — from how we communicate to how we quote to how we treat the people whose homes we're working in.

Craig founded Presence Property Maintenance after 15 years in the trades, including extensive experience with accessibility and home modification work. He oversees every job from first assessment through to completion, and is the licensed tradesperson coordinating subcontractors on multi-trade jobs.
Office Manager
Baretta manages the office side of the business — quoting, scheduling, invoicing and client communication — so that coordinators and property managers always have a direct, responsive point of contact for anything administrative.
Larger renovation work
